Working Principle and Core Structure of the Jumbo Bag Packaging Machine

The typical workflow of a Jumbo bag packaging machine begins with manual bag hanging, followed by the automatic completion of bag clamping, material discharge, and weighing. Once the target weight is reached, the machine automatically seals and releases the bag. Its core structure mainly consists of the following components, which work in coordination to ensure precise and efficient packaging:

Feeding and Weighing System:
It adopts a gravity-fed or screw-fed dual feeding method (large and small) with a two-stage (fast and slow) filling process to ensure weighing accuracy. The weighing system typically utilizes an electronic platform scale or an overhead weighing mechanism, featuring automatic tare, zero calibration, and drop correction functions.

Pneumatic and Bag Clamping System:
The pneumatic hook and clamp system is responsible for suspending the empty bags and securing the bag openings. Some designs incorporate an inflatable bag clamping mechanism to improve dust control. The required air source pressure is typically around 0.5 MPa, with an air consumption of approximately 0.6 m³/min.

Lifting and Conveying System:
A hydraulic lifting mechanism is used to handle the filled ton bags, facilitating subsequent operations. After packaging, the bags are automatically placed onto a receiving conveyor belt or a rail cart. Various conveying methods are available, including forklift transport, multi-unit conveyors, and chain plate conveyors.

Control and Dust Removal System:
The machine is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), enabling automated parameter setting, real-time monitoring, and remote diagnostics. It is also equipped with a sealed operating system and a negative pressure dust removal device, which can reduce dust emissions by over 90%.
